MEET THE OWNERS
Terry & Maureen Reid
As residents of Springville for nearly 60 years, we understand the need for a hometown place where our loved ones can age with dignity in familiar surroundings, close to family and friends. The reason it feels so much like home here is because we're truly dedicated to running it that way. We view the elderly as precious treasures, we are honored to care for them, and we're proud of the reputation we've earned in this community.
We hope you’ll take the time to compare and discover why Reid's Park Place is widely considered the #1 assisted living facility of its type in Utah Valley. With close to two decades of hands on experience, we know what we are doing, and we do it exceptionally well. To assure ongoing excellence, we both remain intimately involved in the details that set us apart from all other facilities. It is not an accident that one of the things many people notice when they first walk in the door is that "it just feels different here." That's because it is different here. You have our promise that we will treat your loved ones as if they were part of our own family.
Prepared with Resident preferences / diets in mind, each home style meal is low in salt and approved by licensed dietitians. Diabetic, soft, supplemented, and other specialized diets can be accommodated at no extra charge.
Calendared on-site events as well as frequent limousine tours to places of interest throughout Utah Valley. Transportation to and from appointments can be arranged if family members are not available to provide.
In addition to the "quick help" pull cords in each bedroom and bathroom, each Resident receives a wearable push-button device to call for help in seconds from anywhere in the facility.
CARE BY DESIGN
At Reid's, we celebrate each Resident’s right to remain independent and self-dignified for as long as possible.
We support this emotional need with quality home-style accommodations, well planned activities and entertainment, and very purposeful routines designed to create opportunities for frequent interaction while preserving independence and privacy.
In contrast to bigger assisted living centers, our Residents get individualized attention, unbeatable response times, a familiar and comfortable environment, and lower financial impact on their families.
HOW DO WE DO IT? Well, we call it "Care By Design".
